Job Title: Territory/Channel Sales Manager – SaaS Product Distribution
Report to: National Head – SaaS Product Distribution
Department: Sales Distribution/ Partnerships
Job Summary:
We are looking for aggressive B2B sales professionals to onboard CAs, IFAs, Insurance Agents & MF Distributors on our fintech SaaS platform and drive paid subscriptions and product adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire and onboard CAs, IFAs, Insurance Agents & MF Distributors.
- Sell SaaS subscription plans and achieve monthly Activation & revenue targets.
- Build local partner network & referrals.
- Drive demos, conversions, renewals & usage.
- Maintain pipeline discipline.
- Conduct partner training & activation sessions.
- Work with marketing for local events/webinars.
- Develop relationships with large IFA networks, MFD associations, CA communities, and MF distributors to unlock scale.
- Report daily activity & revenue metrics.
Must Have Skills & Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Finance, Commerce or related field Preferred.
- Min. 2–5 years’ experience in B2B / Distribution / Fintech / Insurance / MF sales.
- Experience in selling to Channel Partners, Distribution partners, Financial Advisors, intermediaries.
- Strong field sales + demo skills.
- Comfortable with target & Growth-Focused Sales Culture.
- Basic fintech product knowledge
Good to Have
- AMFI / IRDA / NISM certification.
- Experience in SaaS or subscription sales.
- Existing network of IFAs / CA’s.
